Services
How a schedule gets shortened.
Not by pushing trades harder. By removing the reasons projects wait — and by owning the parts of the critical path that most general contractors rent.

Approach
Pre-construction
Constructability review with the architect before mobilization. Long-lead mechanical, structural and envelope packages ordered against tender drawings, not shop drawings. Clashes solved on paper.
General contracting
Stipulated-price delivery under CCDC contracts for public tenders. One superintendent, one schedule, one reporting line from owner to sub-trade.
Construction management
For owners who want Everstrong's site discipline earlier: budget, sequencing and trade procurement advice from design development onward.
Occupied & phased renovation
Three-year phased abatement and renovation of Shepherd Manor with residents in place. Containment, air monitoring, and communication run alongside the build.
Capabilities
The parts of the job that decide whether a winter start makes a September open.
Owned heavy equipment
A wholly-owned excavation and sitework fleet. Wet springs and frozen ground move on Everstrong's calendar. Used to recover three months on Anne McCarther.
Winter construction
Footings and foundations poured through January and February under heat and hoarding. 2,500 lineal feet at Dixie Centre; a seven-month school from a mid-winter start at St. Benedict.
Abatement coordination
Asbestos abatement inside operating facilities, phased and contained so occupants stay safe and the building stays open.
LEED delivery
Documentation, commissioning and material sourcing coordinated to certification. Mississauga Fire Station 119 and Peel Paramedic S11: LEED Gold.
From tender to occupancy
- Tender & prequalification
Bonding, insurance, WSIB and safety documentation ready to submit. Trade pricing invited from a vetted list.
- Mobilize & build
Sitework on our own equipment, long-lead items already ordered, weekly owner and consultant reporting.
- Close-out from framing on
Deficiency lists run weekly from structure onward so occupancy is a date on the schedule, not a negotiation at the end.
